To improve its operational and technical structure and set itself up for long-term success, Asante Kotoko Sporting Club has revealed a redesigned sporting hierarchy.

Former coach and player Kwesi Appiah is in charge of the new organization as the Head of Sporting Affairs, according to the announcement made on the club's official media. Using his wealth of knowledge, Appiah will manage the team's athletic strategy and technical direction, offering leadership to help Kotoko reach its lofty objectives.

Legendary team member Malik Jabir has been named Technical Director. He will establish the club's football philosophy and provide tactical direction to improve technical performance at all levels. His extensive knowledge is anticipated to be crucial to Kotoko's development plan.

As the senior team's head coach, Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum continues to guide them to victory in the Ghana Premier League and other tournaments. Specialized positions such as scouts, video analysts, and youth team coaches assist him, underscoring the club's focus on talent development and data-driven tactics.

In addition to guaranteeing both immediate impact and long-term success in the years to come, the reorganized hierarchy highlights Asante Kotoko's dedication to reestablishing itself as a football powerhouse in Ghana and abroad.
