Moses Armah Parker, the president of Medeama, has denied rumors that he blocked the transmission of Ghana's Premier League match versus Asante Kotoko.

According to an earlier report, the Yellow and Mauve prevented the Ghana FA-accredited media partners from airing the eagerly awaited match.

At the TnA Stadium on Sunday afternoon, Medeama and Kotoko had to settle for a 1-1 draw in their matchday 16 encounter.

In an interview, the two-time FA Cup champions' owner and bankroller denied blocking the game's broadcast.

"We follow the rules and guidelines in our work. No television station was present to broadcast the match live throughout the pregame. I do not know how to stop the match's broadcast. The truth will be revealed by the match commissioner's report," he stated.

The Ghana FA HAS, meanwhile, has charged Medeama with blocking the live broadcast of the pivotal match. According to reports, the incident violates Section 42(6) of the 2019 GFA Premier League Regulations.
